Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship across India

  • Estimated delivery timelines:

    • Metro cities: 3–6 business days

    • Non-metro / remote areas: 5–9 business days

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout

  • Shuffle is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details

  • Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases

Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives in a visibly damaged condition, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance

  • We may offer free shipping during special launches or promotions.
