Refund policy

At Shuffle, we take great care in creating and packing our products. As our items include books, planners, and stationery, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered, except in exceptional cases.

Eligible for Return or Replacement

Returns or replacements will only be considered if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

To help us process such requests efficiently, we request an unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the package, along with clear photos or videos showing the issue. This allows us to verify the claim and provide a quicker resolution.

In rare cases where an unboxing video is unavailable, Shuffle reserves the right to review the request on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Books, planners, journals, and stationery are non-returnable

  • Returns due to change of mind, personal preference, or minor color variations will not be accepted

Refunds / Replacements

  • Once a request is reviewed and approved, refunds or replacements will be initiated

  • Refunds may take 7–14 working days to reflect in the original payment method, depending on the payment provider or bank

Shuffle reserves the right to decline any return or refund request that does not meet the above conditions.
